Is fuel included in the prices? And is there a mileage limit?

Fuel is included in the prices, and there is a limit of 80 km for rentals up to 8 hours, 100 km for up to 12 hours, and 120 km for rentals up to 16 hours.

How is reservation and payment done?

After receiving information about the availability of the requested vehicle on your desired date, a rental form is filled out via email, a pre-payment of 20% of the total price is taken to our specified bank account, and the reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance is paid in cash to our chauffeur on the rental day.

Do you accept credit cards?

You can make payments via credit card mail order.

Does the rented vehicle break down? What happens if it does?

Maintenance of all our vehicles is carried out regularly every week by specialists in this field. However, this does not mean it will never break down. In case of any breakdown, another vehicle of ours is sent to your location as soon as possible.

The vehicle that came to us on the rental day was not the vehicle we reserved.

This is not possible... In every rental, a form is mutually filled out, and the vehicle's plate is displayed on both our site and the form with complete transparency.
